Wildflower Assorted Note Cards

For all my yoga friends here! One of my favorite parts of the yoga I practiced, Haha Yoga, was the group meditation that ended with the group chanting Ommm. The room seem enlightened with heartfelt energy. Then we ended with Relaxation.  Many of us went on to be certified teachers. The training was extensive and a year long. One thing I would say to students when I instructed during relaxation was Breathe in Peace and Breathe out Love!
